1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and Bangbet ("we", "us", "the platform") governing your access to and use of the Bangbet online gaming platform available at bangbet.one.

3 Account Security and Responsibility

All activity that occurs under your account is your responsibility. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact Bangbet support immediately. 5 Bonuses and Promotions

Bangbet offers a range of bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each offer, which are published on the Bonus page. The following general conditions apply to all Bangbet bonuses:

• Each bonus offer is available once per player, per household, and per IP address unless otherwise stated.
• Bonuses must be claimed within the validity period specified in the offer. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated.

6 Betting Rules and Game Conduct

All bets placed on Bangbet are subject to the specific rules of the relevant sport, game, or event. These rules are available within each game or betting market. By placing a bet, you confirm that you have read and understood the applicable rules.

• Bets are final once confirmed. Bangbet does not accept requests to cancel or modify confirmed bets except in cases of obvious technical error.
• In the event of a technical error that results in an incorrect price or outcome being displayed, Bangbet reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to players.
• Live betting markets may be suspended at any time during an event. Bets placed before a suspension are valid unless the event is subsequently cancelled or voided.
• Bangbet reserves the right to limit the maximum stake on any bet or market at its discretion.
• All casino games use certified random number generators. Game outcomes are not influenced by previous results or by the size of bets placed.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Bangbet platform. Engaging in any of these activities will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Providing false or misleading information during registration or verification.

8 Account Suspension and Closure

Bangbet reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
• Account inactivity for a period exceeding 12 consecutive months.
• At the player's own request, including self-exclusion requests made under the Responsible Gaming policy.

Where an account is closed due to a Terms violation, any remaining balance may be forfeited depending on the nature of the violation. Where an account is closed for reasons unrelated to a violation — such as inactivity or at the player's request — any verified balance will be returned to the player via their registered payment method after applicable checks are completed.

9 Responsible Gaming

Bangbet does not permit players who have self-excluded to re-register or access the platform during their exclusion period. Attempts to circumvent a self-exclusion by registering a new account will result in permanent closure of all associated accounts.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Bangbet's liability to you in connection with your use of the platform is limited as follows:

• Bangbet is not liable for any losses arising from your use of the platform, including gaming losses, which are the result of your own decisions and the inherent risk of gambling.

Nothing in these Terms limits Bangbet's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
